Eastside FC is excited to announce the hiring of Tim Reynolds as the club's new Technical Director, a newly created position designed to support the continued growth and development of the club's coaching staff and players.
Tim brings a wealth of experience to Eastside FC, having most recently served as the National Head Coach at TOCA, a company specializing in innovative soccer training through cutting-edge technology. In his role at TOCA, Tim was responsible for developing the training platform and leading coach development efforts at facilities nationwide. His work in shaping and elevating coaching standards aligns seamlessly with Eastside FC’s commitment to fostering player development at all levels.
Before his time at TOCA, Tim was a successful youth coach in the Northwest, where his teams consistently performed at a national level. More importantly, his impact was not just on the field, but off it, as he focused on helping players grow as individuals—an approach that resonates with Eastside FC’s mission of Building Champions In Life.
“Tim is a person of high integrity who aligns perfectly with our broader mission. He is approachable, engaging, and eager to share his ideas on how to teach the game effectively. I am confident he will be a valuable resource for our coaches and players,” said Tom Bialek, Director of Soccer for Eastside FC.
In his new role, Tim’s primary objective is to serve as a resource for coaches as they develop their team models and refine their training methodologies. Over the past few years, Eastside FC has made significant strides as a club, and this new role is designed to bring an even clearer and more consistent balance between coach autonomy and the adoption of best practices in soccer training.
In his own words, Tim shared, “I am honored to join Eastside FC and thrilled to be returning to the Pacific Northwest. The club’s vision of building ‘Champions In Life’ resonates deeply with my core values. My approach has always been about more than just soccer—it’s about developing players as individuals, both on and off the pitch.”
Please join us in welcoming Tim to the Eastside FC family. We look forward to the exciting journey ahead and the positive impact Tim will have on our coaches and players.
